However, the price applied will always be that in force at the time the order is validated by the customer. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1112\">\n<p data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1112\"><strong data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1037\">Payment for online sessions (videoconferencing)<\/strong>: full payment required on booking, via Stripe or PayPal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1395\">\n<p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1181\"><strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1152\">Payment for face-to-face sessions<\/strong>: the customer can choose :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1395\">\n<li data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1253\">\n<p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1253\">or pay in full online at the time of booking;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1395\">\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1395\">or pay a <strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1305\">deposit of \u20ac25<\/strong> online at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the appointment (in cash).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 4 &#8211; Terms of service<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Remote sessions take place via :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Google Meet<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">WhatsApp (video call)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Zoom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The connection link will be sent by email at least 24 hours before the session.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 5 &#8211; Cancellation and refund<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2277\">\n<p data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2020\"><strong data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2016\">Cancellation by the customer<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2277\">\n<li data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2128\">\n<p data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2128\">More than <strong data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2056\">48 hours before the session<\/strong>: full refund or postponement of the session (at the customer&#8217;s discretion).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2277\">\n<p data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2277\">Less than <strong data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2165\">48 hours before the session<\/strong> or in case of absence: no refund. In the case of face-to-face sessions, the \u20ac25 deposit is retained. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2497\">\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2497\"><strong data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2312\">Cancellation by the practitioner<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2497\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">In the event of cancellation on our part, the customer may choose between a <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\" data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"566\">rescheduling<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> or a full <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\" data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"612\">full refund<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 6 &#8211; Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">For digital products (PDF, audio), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once downloading has begun with the customer&#8217;s express agreement.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 7 &#8211; Delivery of digital products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Digital products are delivered immediately after validation of payment by email or via a secure customer area.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 8 &#8211; Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All content (audio, PDF, video) is protected by copyright. Their use is strictly personal and any reproduction or distribution is forbidden. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Article 9 &#8211; Data protection<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the RGPD.
