Article 1 – Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all digital products and services offered by Nadège Augereau, a self-employed entrepreneur based in Ireland.

Article 2 – Services offered

Our services include :

• Individual energy care sessions
• Video workshops
• Digital products (PDF, audio)
• Remote care via videoconferencing

Energy treatments are not a substitute for medical treatment and do not exempt you from consulting a health professional.

“Sessions for minors are only held with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.”

Article 3 – Rates and payment terms

• Prices for services (individual sessions, packs, workshops, digital products) are indicated in euros, including all taxes, on the www.nadegeaugereau.com website at the time of booking or purchase.

• Prices may be modified at any time. However, the price applied will always be that in force at the time the order is validated by the customer.

• Payment for online sessions (videoconferencing): full payment required on booking, via Stripe or PayPal.

• Payment for face-to-face sessions: the customer can choose :

  • or pay in full online at the time of booking;

  • or pay a deposit of €25 online at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the appointment (in cash).

Article 4 – Terms of service

Remote sessions take place via :

• Google Meet
• WhatsApp (video call)
• Zoom

The connection link will be sent by email at least 24 hours before the session.

Article 5 – Cancellation and refund

• Cancellation by the customer:

  • More than 48 hours before the session: full refund or postponement of the session (at the customer’s discretion).

  • Less than 48 hours before the session or in case of absence: no refund. In the case of face-to-face sessions, the €25 deposit is retained.

• Cancellation by the practitioner:

In the event of cancellation on our part, the customer may choose between a rescheduling or a full full refund.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

For digital products (PDF, audio), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once downloading has begun with the customer’s express agreement.

Article 7 – Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately after validation of payment by email or via a secure customer area.

Article 8 – Intellectual property

All content (audio, PDF, video) is protected by copyright. Their use is strictly personal and any reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Article 9 – Data protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the RGPD. The data required for the service are: name, email, telephone, country of residence.

Article 10 – Limitation of liability

We cannot be held responsible for :

• Technical problems beyond our control
• Customer misuse of services
• Customer Internet connection problems

Article 11 – Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at: info@nadegeaugereau.com We promise to respond within 48 working hours.

Article 12 – Applicable law

These GTC are governed by Irish and European law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
