MENTAL RESET COACHING
My Code of Ethics
The principles that guide every coaching journey, every session, and every client relationship.
Everyone who chooses to work with me deserves a clear, supportive, and trustworthy framework. This Code of Ethics outlines the principles that guide my practice and reflects a core belief: meaningful and lasting change is built on a respectful, transparent, and professional relationship.

01
A Safe, Judgment-Free Space
You are welcome exactly as you are with your challenges, doubts, fears, or questions. My role is to create an environment where you feel safe to express yourself openly, without fear of criticism or judgment.
02
Respecting Your Pace
I will never pressure or rush you. Lasting change takes time, and every person integrates that change differently. Effective coaching is not about moving faster it’s about creating sustainable transformation at the right pace for you.
03
Respecting Your Free Will
You remain in charge of your choices and decisions at all times. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you gain the clarity, awareness, and confidence to make decisions that are right for you.
04
Listening with Genuine Attention
Behind every difficulty is a unique story. I take the time to understand what is truly happening beneath the surface not only what is visible, but also what may be driving your patterns and behaviours. Deep listening is the foundation of meaningful change.
05
Coaching with Authenticity
I believe in a genuine, human relationship. You don’t need perfect words you need real presence, honest conversations, and practical tools that fit your life and your goals.
06
Maintaining Complete Confidentiality
Everything shared during our sessions remains strictly confidential. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of our work together and creates the trust needed for honest, meaningful conversations.
07
Encouraging Your Independence
My goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner resources so that, over time, you become less dependent on coaching. A successful coaching journey is one that leaves you with the confidence, clarity, and practical tools to move forward on your own.
08
Recognising My Professional Limits
If I believe another approach or another professional would better support your needs, I will tell you openly and honestly. Professional integrity also means knowing when referring someone elsewhere is the best decision.
09
Continuing to Learn and Grow
I regularly undertake further training to ensure my coaching remains informed by the latest developments in neuroscience, behaviour change, and personal development. Continuing to learn is part of my commitment to offering you the highest standard of support.
10
Believing in Your Capacity to Change
Even when you feel stuck, I believe meaningful change is possible when we work at the right level. This belief is not based on optimism alone it is supported by years of experience and by what neuroscience teaches us about the brain’s remarkable ability to change through neuroplasticity.
Quality Coaching Also Means Knowing Its Limits
If your situation requires medical care, psychiatric support, or psychotherapy, I will discuss this with you openly and encourage you to seek the appropriate professional support. Working together under the right conditions is part of ethical practice. Your safety and wellbeing will always come first.
