What Is a Life Coach?

A life coach helps you clarify your goals, identify what holds you back and take concrete steps forward. You develop practical strategies, strengthen your confidence and create change in your career, relationships, decisions and overall wellbeing.

Mental Reset Coaching goes further. You identify the emotional patterns, limiting beliefs and subconscious responses that continue to influence your choices. You understand their origin, update these automatic responses and create lasting change.

Why Choose Mental Reset Coaching?

You may know what you should do and still struggle to do it. When the real “why” remains active, applying the “how” requires constant effort.

Mental Reset Coaching identifies what keeps the problem active at its source. You change the underlying response, make clearer decisions and react differently in situations that previously triggered the same patterns.

My job is to uncover the “why” so that the “how” becomes natural.

Frequently Asked Questions About Life Coaching

A life coach is a trained practitioner who helps you clarify your goals, identify what may be standing in your way and develop practical strategies to move forward.

A life coach provides support, perspective and accountability while helping you make decisions, navigate challenges and create meaningful change in the areas of life that matter most to you.

The aim is to help you gain clarity, understand the factors influencing your situation and move forward with greater ease and direction.

Most coaches offer 60-minute sessions. I’ve chosen a different approach.

Through years of experience, I realised that one hour is often too short to do meaningful work without constantly watching the clock.

I place great importance on the conversation before and after the coaching itself. We begin by taking the time to understand what is really happening, clarify your goals and identify what truly needs to be explored. At the end of the session, we reflect on what has emerged, the insights you’ve gained and the practical steps you can take moving forward.

These moments are just as valuable as the coaching itself. They help you make sense of your experience and leave with greater clarity, confidence and direction.

Ninety minutes also allows us to explore things in greater depth, without feeling rushed. We don’t have to interrupt an important conversation simply because time has run out.

My goal isn’t to fit in as many sessions as possible. My goal is to ensure that every session is meaningful, complete and helps you make real, lasting progress.

A therapist focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health challenges. A life coach focuses on your present situation and future development.

The two approaches can complement each other, and many people benefit from both.

Most clients are able to notice meaningful progress within 3 to 6 sessions. A single consultation can bring real clarity on a specific challenge. For longer-standing patterns across multiple areas, a structured programme delivers the most durable results.

Support is available for self-confidence, self-esteem, relationships, stress, decision-making, personal growth, career development and overall wellbeing.

The Mental Reset approach also explores recurring patterns that may be affecting multiple areas of your life simultaneously.
