Transformation stories
"As a pathological perfectionist, I used to sabotage myself at every professional opportunity out of fear of disappointing others. In just one session, Nadège identified the beliefs I’d carried over from my childhood that were holding me back. Three weeks later, I took the plunge and applied for a management position… and I got it! This method really helped me move forward."
- Daniel, 35, Cork
"I'd been in a spiral of anger since my divorce, and it was impacting my relationship with my children and colleagues. With Nadège, I understood where this rage came from and how to transform it. Today, I'm at peace with myself and my children tell me that "Mum's got her smile back". A session that changed our family."
- Mary, 42, Killarney
These transformations could be yours. The only difference? They took the plunge.

How long does a session last?
A session usually lasts 90 minutes. Depending on the needs of the moment, it may sometimes run a few minutes longer to ensure the work is completed properly. You should therefore set aside about 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes in your schedule.
I take the time needed to listen to you, understand your situation, and support you without rushing.

What is the difference between Mental Reset Coaching and traditional coaching?
Traditional coaching often focuses on what you want to change. Mental Reset Coaching also explores what may be preventing that change. The result is a deeper, more sustainable transformation.
How long will it take to see results?
The first changes are often noticeable as early as the day after the session. Many people describe a sense of calm, inner peace, or greater mental clarity.
After that, changes continue to occur gradually over the next 2 to 4 weeks. The brain and nervous system need time to integrate and consolidate each new neurological reorganization. Lasting changes therefore take root little by little, in a natural way.
Everyone develops at their own pace, but it is common to see moments of self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, or different reactions to everyday situations during this period.
How many sessions are required?
Every person is unique. Some people notice changes after just one session, while others prefer to work with a therapist over several sessions to explore issues more deeply.
